Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Demian Castro!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Robert Cap!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, John Roberts and Alyssa Summers.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cap looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Castro!

Cap tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Cap has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Cap shoots in for a double leg but Castro sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
As Cap looks to move away, Castro throws a big counter combo but Cap just gets out of the way.
Cap throws a push kick but Castro slaps the foot to one side.

It looks like Demian Castro has been cut.
Cap shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Castro sprawls well. Castro wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Cap gets slowly back to his feet.
Castro appears to be looking for a big counter.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cap misses with a two punch combination.
Castro went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Robert Cap seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cap lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Castro at a distance.
Castro is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Cap lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Castro circles away quickly and effectively.
Castro seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Cap has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Castro tries to sprawl but Cap drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Castro tries to get to full guard but Cap has control of the leg.

Cap is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Cap is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Castro sees it coming and defends easily.

Castro is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Cap pulls his head out easily.
Cap is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Robert Cap has got the better of the ground game so far.

Cap lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Castro quite badly. Castro pulls Cap in close trying to recover. Cap postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Castro on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Castro doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Robert Cap!
