The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rowdy takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Nice jab there from Frank.
Frank cracks a nice hook into Rowdy's ribs.
Frank has been working on his boxing with his coaches at For Pride and Prodigies in the buildup to the fight.
Rowdy throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Frank is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
Rowdy takes a swing at Frank's ribcage but misses.
Rowdy looks to throw the jab but Frank is out of range.

Frank moves into the clinch successfully.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Frank.
Frank lands with a right to the head.
Frank lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

It looks like London Rowdy has been cut.
Rowdy tries to land a knee to the head but Frank blocks with his arms.
Rowdy avoids the elbow strike from Frank, against the ropes.
Rowdy swings wildly with an uppercut but Frank uses good head movement to avoid it.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Rowdy throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Frank blocks it with crossed arms.

Frank tries to work over Rowdy's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Rowdy is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Frank is keeping busy.
Rowdy doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
Rowdy throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.
Frank lands with a right to the head.
Frank scores with a shot to the side of Rowdy's head.
Frank gets through Rowdy's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Rowdy is trying to break the clinch but Frank is controlling him.
Rowdy tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Rowdy is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Frank is defending well for now.
A right hook to the body lands for Frank.

Frank's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Frank throws out a head kick that Rowdy doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Rowdy crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Rowdy's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

Rowdy is rocked!

That has opened up London Rowdy's cut even more.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Frank lands with a nice body punch.
Rowdy is still on wobbly legs! Can Frank finish him?

Rowdy seems to have recovered his senses.

Frank clinches.

A nice left hand lands by Rowdy.
Frank lands a right hand that snaps the head of Rowdy backwards.
Frank avoids a wild elbow strike from Rowdy.

Rowdy has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Frank lands a body shot in the clinch.

Frank creates a bit of space and cracks Rowdy with an uppercut that drops him to the canvas! Rowdy is wobbled and seems to be struggling to get back to his feet. 3,4,5. He's up! Phew, his manager will be relieved but they're no doubt wondering whether he'll be able to recover properly and get back in the fight!
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Frank throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Rowdy is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the ropes! Wow!
