Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Misalchicha Montreal !
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Percy O'Donnell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Enkhtulga leaves Montreal with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Montreal takes a swing at Enkhtulga's ribcage but misses.
Enkhtulga throws a sloppy head kick and Montreal moves out of range easily.
No luck for Montreal with that takedown attempt.
Misalchicha Montreal seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice shot lands for Enkhtulga.

and Enkhtulga counters with a series of strikes. Montreal will be more careful next time no doubt.
Tugsbayar Enkhtulga has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Misalchicha Montreal .

Enkhtulga looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
No luck for Montreal with that takedown attempt.
Enkhtulga fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Montreal .
Montreal 's coach down at Cali Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Montreal 's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Enkhtulga ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Montreal darts in looking for a takedown but Enkhtulga gets double underhooks and turns Montreal into the cage.

Enkhtulga lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Montreal circles away quickly and effectively.

Montreal tries for a kimura but Enkhtulga is defending well.
Enkhtulga is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Enkhtulga on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Enkhtulga tries to get out of the position.
Enkhtulga trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground!

Enkhtulga takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Enkhtulga is looking to regain half guard here but Montreal keeps moving and retains side control.
Enkhtulga is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Montreal asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Montreal cracks Enkhtulga with a big elbow.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Enkhtulga is trying to stand and escape here. He's got onto all fours but that's just let Montreal take his back! Uh oh - Montreal has got a rear naked choke here! Enkhtulga is forced to tap! It's all over! One monent is all it takes in this sport!

After the fight, Misalchicha Montreal was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
