Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jaz Moore (ranked 24589 p4p, 5987 weight class) and Thomas O Malley (ranked 639 p4p, 616 weight class). Moore has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Thomas O Malley is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Malley throws a head kick that misses.
Moore went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
O Malley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

O Malley tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Moore swivels and escapes.
Moore throws a big counter combination but O Malley scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

As O Malley tries to get set, Moore tries to push him back and clinch up but O Malley manages to avoid the attempt.

Moore closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

O Malley wants to improve his position but Moore is controlling well.

O Malley is looking for a sweep. Moore is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
O Malley tries to kick Moore off in order to stand up. Moore Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.

Moore stands up and beckons O Malley to his feet.
Moore closes the distance and clinches up with O Malley, looking for a takedown. Moore pushes O Malley against the cage but O Malley circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Moore drops down looking for a counter takedown but O Malley sprawls and moves away.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as O Malley takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Moore changes levels and goes for a takedown here. O Malley fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Moore changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. O Malley tries to avoid it but Moore manages to keep hold of a leg and drag O Malley to the ground. O Malley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Moore shoots in looking for a takedown. O Malley tries to sprawl out of it but Moore keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. O Malley manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
O Malley has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Thomas O Malley showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
