The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Ben Watson and Topper Green.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walter scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Best throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Walter dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Walter connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Best misses with a jab, cross combination.

Best has Walter up against the cage in a clinch.
Best drops down looking for an ankle pick but Walter pulls his leg out and moves away.
No luck for Best with that takedown attempt.

Best gets a clinch.
Walter is looking to break free of the clinch but Best has double underhooks.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Best using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Walter has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Best drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Walter gets the underhooks and prevents it.

Walter looks to land a left hand but Best moved out of range nicely.
Walter is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Best.

Best ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Best no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Best wants to stand and escape but Walter is having none of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Best takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

The crowd cheers as Walter lands an impressive looking overhand right. Best doesn't seem phased though.

Best looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
