The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Corleone Jr. is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hunt is just riding it out for now. Corleone Jr. eventually gives up the hold.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Hunt takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Hunt misses with a takedown attempt - Corleone Jr. sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Corleone Jr. in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.

It seemed like Corleone Jr. was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hunt tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Corleone Jr. manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Well Corleone Jr. has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
