Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mandingo McMaggara (ranked 3677 p4p, 64 weight class) and Siale Veainu (ranked 0 p4p, 12 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Siale Veainu!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from McMaggara.
It seemed like Veainu was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
McMaggara shoots in but Veainu avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Veainu looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
McMaggara shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Veainu but Veainu pushes him off and we're back to square one.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mandingo McMaggara. That's going to take a lot out of him.

McMaggara looking to score a takedown here. Veainu is defending well but McMaggara drives through and ends up in Veainu's guard.

Veainu has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. McMaggara is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Veainu scores with a shoulder strike.
Veainu throws a blind hook that connects with the side of McMaggaras head.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Veainu lands with a short shot to the head.

Veainu breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McMaggara fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
McMaggara gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Veainu counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
McMaggara is breathing heavily.

Veainu misses with a wild combination.
McMaggara shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Veainu counters with a big right hand! Oh McMaggara is in trouble here! Veainu follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
