Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Camacho (ranked 1420 p4p, 646 weight class) and Mick Murphy (ranked 195 p4p, 94 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jermaine Camacho!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 40 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mick Murphy!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, Daniel Bishop and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Camacho throws a predictable looking body shot
and Camacho takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Murphy thumps Camacho with a low kick.

Murphy throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Camacho sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Camacho throws a series of punches but Murphy avoids them all with ease.

and Murphy counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Camacho looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Camacho stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Murphy swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Murphy got a little sloppy there for a moment and Camacho has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Murphy has managed to get both his arms back between Camacho's legs - danger averted.

Camacho is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Murphy defends well.

Camacho escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Murphy gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Camacho isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Murphy stacks Camacho on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Murphy!
Camacho tries to buck Murphy off but Murphy is having none of it.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Camacho postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Murphy is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Camacho, into his guard.

Camacho throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Murphy escapes and throws Camacho's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Murphy is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Camacho's shoulder. That is not cool.
Camacho is looking to reverse the position.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Mick Murphy comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Murphy has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
