The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bailey closes the distance but Jakobs moves to the side
and Jakobs counters with a stiff right hand.
Jakobs ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bailey moves away.
Jakobs misses with a two punch combination.
Bailey throws a big counter combination but Jakobs scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Bailey tries to close the distance and clinch but Jakobs swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bailey is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Jakobs fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Bailey tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bailey fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Jakobs tests Bailey's chin there with a solid looking shot.

Bailey looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Bailey will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Jakobs connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Bailey covering up! Jakobs comes in with a big uppercut and Bailey goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
