Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between King Gutierrez (ranked 4732 p4p, 4433 weight class) and Devin Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gutierrez tries to clinch there but Brown circles away.
Gutierrez punishes Brown's body with a nice straight punch.

Brown's jab looks to have found its range, popping Gutierrez under the eye.

Brown cracks Gutierrez with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Brown, as that shot connected.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Gutierrez has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Brown finds it's way round the side to connect with Gutierrez 's head.
Gutierrez doesn't manage to clinch there - Brown circles away.
Brown clobbers Gutierrez with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Brown plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!

Gutierrez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Brown swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Brown goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
No joy there for Gutierrez , who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Brown fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Gutierrez .
Gutierrez throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Brown throws a hook to the side of Gutierrez 's head but Gutierrez sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gutierrez grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Brown takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Gutierrez cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
