The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith scores with a leg kick.
Bones closes this distance looking for a takedown but Smith circles away.
Bones takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Bones moves in looking to clinch but Smith pushes him off.
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Smith with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Smith lands a knee to the head.
Smith looks to throw an elbow but misses.
Bones pulls guard successfully.

Smith has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Bones - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Smith, and another! Bones is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
