PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kollaa River (ranked 1098 p4p, 1354 weight class) and Jacks Sole (ranked 178 p4p, 195 weight class). River comes to the cage accompanied by For Heavy Metal we will die!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kollaa River!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 9 - 1, fighting out of London, Jacks Sole!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
River lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
River throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Sole moves into the clinch.

River pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Sole has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Sole there as he acknowledges the shot.

River shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Sole manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Sole is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of River's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take River's back!

Kollaa River decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
