The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Nasir. No joy for Lazarus on that attempt.
Lazarus misses the shot to the body.
Nasir wants to counter with a clinch but Lazarus pushes him away.

Lazarus shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Nasir manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Nasir escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lazarus gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nasir looking for a sweep. Not yet Nasir, not yet.

Nasir looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Nasir is trying to keep Lazarus in close.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Lazarus is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Lazarus fails with a takedown attempt.
Nasir wants to counter the offense by Lazarus and move into the clinch position.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Lazarus misses with a takedown attempt - Nasir sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Nasir is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch.
Nasir displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Lazarus.
Lazarus throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Nasir's waist but Nasir gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Lazarus off to one side.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Lazarus shoots in but Nasir avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Nasir tries to counter with a clinch but Lazarus shakes him off and moves away.
Kingsley Nasir is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Lazarus shoots in looking for a takedown. Nasir tries to sprawl out of it but Lazarus keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Nasir manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Nasir steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Lazarus.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Kingsley Nasir.
I think Nasir has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
