The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nascimento moves away from the strike by Kodjia.
Kodjia misses with a right hand
and Nascimento counters with an inside leg kick.
Kodjia ducks under a wild hook from Nascimento.
Kodjia uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Nascimento.
Nascimento throws a low kick but it's checked well by Kodjia.

It looks like Franck Kodjia has been cut.
Kodjia lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Nascimento at a distance.

Nascimento finds Kodjia's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Kodjia flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. Nascimento lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Kodjia will be OK.
