The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mizune tries to clinch there but Virtanen circles away.
Virtanen lands a nice looking body shot.
Virtanen jabs Mizune right on the nose. Mizune blinks but takes it well.
Mizune looks for a takedown but Virtanen sprawls well.
It seemed like Virtanen was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Virtanen connects with a crisp jab.
Virtanen scores with a decent looking hook.

Mizune drives through and clinches with Virtanen against the cage.
Virtanen tries to circle away but Mizune has him pinned against the cage.

Virtanen manages to pull guard.

Mizune postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Virtanen is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Mizune, into his guard.

Mizune is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Virtanen rolls with it to try and escape but Mizune cranks on the arm and Virtanen is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
