Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brenden Allen (ranked 4745 p4p, 4774 weight class) and LeeRoy Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, LeeRoy Jenkins!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Winston Alpacca and Peter Branson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen fails to land the takedown.
Jenkins defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Allen.

Allen moves into the clinch.

Allen pulls guard successfully.

Allen uses the cage to get back to his feet.

Allen closes the distance and clinches.
Jenkins is trying to pull guard but Allen has him pressed against the cage.
Jenkins displaying some good clinch control by pressing Allen up against the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Jenkins breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Jenkins changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Allen fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Allen tries to close the distance and clinch but Jenkins swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Jenkins jumps guard but Allen stands there with Jenkins around his waist. Jenkins gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A right hand to the body from Allen.
Allen will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Jenkins up against the cage.

Allen jumps guard and drags Jenkins to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Allen has his hands on Jenkins's head, controlling the position.
Jenkins must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Jenkins won't allow Allen to sweep him here.

Allen has control of Jenkins's left arm, preventing Jenkins from doing any damage.

Allen is pulling down on Jenkins's head. It's preventing any offense from Jenkins, at least for the moment.
Allen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Jenkins manages to get himself to full guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Allen gets to his feet. Jenkins looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Allen rushes Jenkins and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Jenkins has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Allen uses from the top position.

Jenkins throws a leg kick which misses Allen's front leg but catches the back leg as Allen tries to avoid it.

Allen darts in and clinches Jenkins up against the cage.

Allen presses Jenkins against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.

Allen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Jenkins tries to keep at a distance but Allen has taken the fight into the clinch.

Allen ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Allen no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Allen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jenkins is aware though and is defending well.
Allen bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jenkins's guard.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Allen decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Allen misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Allen looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jenkins looks like he's trying to stand up.

Allen thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Allen is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jenkins doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Allen.

Jenkins seems a little lost for a moment, as Allen dominates the positioning.
Allen advances to full mount.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Allen fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Jenkins avoids it really well and circles away.
Allen dives in for a single leg takedown but Jenkins sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Allen dives in and grabs Jenkins's left leg, looking for a takedown. Jenkins pushes down on Allen's head and hops out.

Jenkins goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
As Jenkins looks to move away, Allen throws a big counter combo but Jenkins just gets out of the way.
Jenkins tries to clinch up but Allen circles away and keeps his distance.

Horrible takedown attempt by Allen or perhaps it was just good defense by Jenkins, which made it look bad.
Allen is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jenkins can do to turn this around?

Allen manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Allen is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jenkins is defending well for now.

Allen is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jenkins is aware though and is defending well.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Allen is trying to control the position but Jenkins postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Allen takes the fight into the clinch.
Allen's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.

Jenkins prevents a takedown attempt there.
Jenkins lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
A frustrated look appears on Allen's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Allen rushes Jenkins and presses him up against the cage.
Allen is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Jenkins is defending well for now.
Jenkins has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Allen is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Allen gets control of Jenkins's arms and successfully pulls guard. Allen will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Allen has his foot on Jenkins's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Jenkins works his way back into a safe position though.
Brenden Allen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Jenkins stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Allen swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Brenden Allen showed his dominance in that final round.
Well Allen has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
