Mazepin comes to the cage accompanied by boom. Dela Cruz has chosen This is the Moment as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 12 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Art Vincent Dela Cruz!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Mazepin is defended easily by Dela Cruz.

Mazepin shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dela Cruz's guard.

Dela Cruz is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Mazepin presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Dela Cruz turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Dela Cruz manages to end up in side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mazepin is looking to reverse the position.

Dela Cruz wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Mazepin, who protects the arm well.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mazepin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Mazepin has gone for a leg lock! Dela Cruz slips out almost immediately though and dives into Mazepin's guard.

Dela Cruz is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Dela Cruz wants to take a breather but Mazepin is having none of it.

Dela Cruz has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Mazepin defend it? Dela Cruz steps over the head and cranks it - Mazepin is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Dela Cruz!

Post fight, an emotional Art Vincent Dela Cruz said 'First of all i would like to thank God for this opportunity man i dream this since i was a kid. And here it is in my waist man this lil heavy but i feel so damn fine i love this feeling man this is for everyone in the Philippines thank you all. And to mt opponent man you give me a hard time i almost'.
