Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between John Jacobs (ranked 2659 p4p, 5983 weight class) and Morrison Dickson (ranked 324 p4p, 0 weight class). Dickson has a niggling injury. He would have liked to come in 100% fit but that's not always possible. Morrison Dickson will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Morrison Dickson!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Peter Branson and Michael Johnstone.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dickson gets a double leg takedown into Jacobs's guard.
Jacobs has Dickson pulled in close to control his posture.
Dickson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Dickson wanted to stand there but Jacobs had control of the position.
Jacobs might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Dickson trying to control but Jacobs is working from the bottom.
Jacobs wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jacobs continues to stall.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jacobs manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dickson manages to get himself to full guard.
Jacobs's corner is telling him to maintain position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jacobs drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Jacobs seems to have locked his on tight now - Dickson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Jacobs, as he picks up the win!
