Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bill Wilford (ranked 4083 p4p, 4128 weight class) and Patrick Knight (ranked 474 p4p, 482 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bill Wilford!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Patrick Knight!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Chad Campbell and Anthony Taglia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wilford shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Knight pinned against the cage. Knight gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Knight changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Wilford fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Knight avoids it really well and circles away.

Knight closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Knight lands in his opponent's guard.
Wilford is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Knight dives into side control.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wilford can't do much from the bottom here.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Knight lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Wilford down.
Wilford knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Knight on the ground.
Knight scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Wilford to see if he's OK.

Wilford throws a punch from the bottom, which has left him a bit exposed here… Knight has an arm triangle now. This could be big trouble for Wilford. He's out! He's out cold! The ref pulls Knight off and Knight celebrates with his corner.
