Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andor Kovacs (ranked 4111 p4p, 4181 weight class) and Vlad Tabares (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Vlad Tabares!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Andrew Berry and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tabares rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Kovacs moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Tabares takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Andor Kovacs seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kovacs digs a good body shot into Tabares's ribs.

Tabares's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kovacs connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Tabares scrambles back to his feet.
Tabares takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Tabares takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Tabares takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Kovacs works Tabares's body with a nice hook.
Kovacs circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops Tabares to the canvas! Tabares doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Kovacs keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!

In his post fight interview, Andor Kovacs started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
