Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Auston Clark (ranked 4723 p4p, 4293 weight class) and Michael Hobo (ranked 0 p4p, 587 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Michael Hobo was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hobo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Clark circles away.
Clark works the jab nicely.
Clark thows a left - swing and a miss!
Clark throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Hobo drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Clark defends it well.
Clark defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hobo.
Hobo throws a low kick but Clark avoids it.
Clark slaps away a takedown attempt from Hobo, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Auston Clark has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Michael Hobo.

Hobo is working for takedown but Clark is calmly controlling the position for now.

Clark breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hobo keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Hobo enables Clark to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Hobo manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Clark is stalling in the full guard.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
Clark knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hobo on the ground.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Hobo dives in and grabs Clark's left leg, looking for a takedown. Clark pushes down on Hobo's head and hops out.
Hobo moves out of range as Clark strikes.
Clark fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hobo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Hobo takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.

Clark closes the distance and clinches.
A nice right hand lands inside from Clark.
A short right from Clark.

Clark escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Hobo closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Clark jabs Hobo right on the nose. Hobo blinks but takes it well.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hobo displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Clark throws out the jab.
Hobo will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Clark bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Hobo's head backwards.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hobo.
Hobo slips under a jab from Clark.
Clark sets himself, and Hobo steps forward looking for the clinch! Clark avoids it this time.
Hobo stuffs the takedown.
Hobo takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Hobo tries for a takedown but Clark sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Clark scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Hobo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Hobo is rocked!
Clark knocks out Hobo with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Clark before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Clark picks up the big W with a huge KO!
