Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Edson Gomes and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight moves into the clinch position.
Conduit has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rodgers avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Rodgers has Conduit pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rodgers pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Conduit tumbling to the mat - Rodgers dives into Conduit's guard.
Rodgers must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Conduit has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Rodgers can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
