Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alec Moore (ranked 4735 p4p, 4669 weight class) and Dak Ho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Alec Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dak Ho!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A looping hook to the body misses from Moore. Ho does a little dance to reset his feet.
Ho moves in looking to clinch but Moore pushes him off.

Ho fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Moore sprawls well initially but Ho persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Moore tries to get to full guard but Ho has control of the leg.
Moore preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Moore continues to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moore regains full guard. Nicely done.
Moore could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Moore looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Moore keeping moving, preventing Ho from controlling successfully.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Moore seems keen to control Ho's posture.
Moore tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Moore is working hard here to advance position.
Moore lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Ho really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Moore. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Moore not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Ho is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Moore tries to free his leg and advance position but Ho is retaining full guard.
Ho looks winded!
Moore slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Moore has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Moore prevents Ho from getting back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moore postures up and lands a big shot to Ho's brow.
Ho can't keep his opponent in guard - Moore advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Moore thows a huge punch but Ho dodges it nicely.
Moore working Ho over with strikes.
Moore controlling the action here.
Moore working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.

Ho is rocked!

Moore is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Ho is still in real trouble! Can Moore finish him?
Moore seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Moore has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Moore prevents Ho from standing back up.
Ho seems to have recovered his senses.
Ho on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
Moore winds up and cracks Ho with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Moore trying to control the pace.
Moore tries to pass to full mount but Ho defends it.
We've been informed that Ho has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Moore passes to full mount!
Moore working away from the top, dropping strikes.
Ho takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Moore's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:18 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alec Moore!
