The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Higgins misses with a body punch
and Mishima counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Higgins looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Higgins misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Higgins tries to score a power double leg takedown but Mishima sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Higgins somewhat.
Mishima throws a head kick that Higgins semi-blocks.
Mishima lands with a nice body punch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nice takedown defense from Mishima. No joy for Higgins on that attempt.

Mishima throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Higgins's head.

Mishima Throws a clean left jab. Mishima Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Higgins's chin! Higgins crumbles to the ground and Mishima follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Mishima!
