Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Sandra Marshall and Dirk Anderson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dixon throws a head kick that half lands.
A head kick misses from Dixon.
Dixon connects with a jab.
Pares fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Dixon sprawls well initially but Pares persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Pares uses his free foot to push down on Dixon's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Dixon.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pares lands a heavy elbow.
Pares raining down shots from the mount!
Dixon is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pares lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Dixon is still in real trouble! Can Pares finish him?
Pares drops a big elbow. That's hurt Dixon! More shots from Pares and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
