Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jan Raczynski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Benny Owens!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Stewart Dunkirk and George Francis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Raczynski misses with a hook. Owens ducked under it nicely.
Raczynski tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Owens paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Raczynski fails with an attempt to clinch.
Owens changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Owens's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Raczynski connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Owens scrambles back to his feet.
A head kick misses from Raczynski.
Owens displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Raczynski throws out the jab.
Owens tries to move into range but Raczynski moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Owens is rocked!

It looks like Benny Owens has been cut.
Raczynski throws a jab but it's blocked by Owens.
Owens is still on wobbly legs! Can Raczynski finish him?
and Raczynski counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Owens! He's just covering up as Raczynski starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:38 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jan Raczynski!
Jan Raczynski decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
