The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Luciano misses with a hook. Del Valle ducked under it nicely.
Del Valle drops down looking for a counter takedown but Luciano sprawls and moves away.
Del Valle on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Luciano tests Del Valle 's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Luciano lands a lovely overhand right.
Del Valle definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Del Valle moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ricky Luciano decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
