The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slumponyhu tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Slumponyhu tried to score with a low kick but Pena checks it.
Pena scores with a punch to the head.
Slumponyhu tries to bum rush Pena with a series of wild strikes but Pena uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Slumponyhu misses with a two punch combination.
Slumponyhu misses with a looping right.
Pena with the inside leg kick.
Pena throws a head kick but Slumponyhu moves out of range.
Slumponyhu on the wrong end of a nice hook.
Slumponyhu drops his hands momentarily and Pena takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Slumponyhu throws a leg kick but Pena checks it.
Pena throws a big counter combination but Slumponyhu scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Slumponyhu doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Pena throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Slumponyhu scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

It looks like Jesus Pena has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Pena fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Slumponyhu.
Slumponyhu throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Pena counters with an outside leg kick.
Slumponyhu is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Pena.
Slumponyhu lands an overhand right.
Slumponyhu thumps Pena with a low kick.

Slumponyhu lands a left and a right that send Pena crashing to the mat, dazed. Slumponyhu thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

A slow jab from Slumponyhu misses its intended target.
Pena connects with the punch.
Slumponyhu throws a leg kick but Pena sees it coming and moves out of range.
Pena fails to land with a series of punches.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Pena lands with a thumping leg kick.
Pena blocks the body kick.
Pena looks to land a combination but Slumponyhu avoids it well.
Pena takes one on the button.
A big left from Pena misses.
Slumponyhu throws an off balance right hand
and Pena cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Pena lands a jab to the nose.
Slumponyhu avoids a punch combination nicely.
Pena throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Pena is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Pena seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Slumponyhu shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Pena is backing up but Slumponyhu catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Pena covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Slumponyhu Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!
