Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Koroush Kabir (ranked 5181 p4p, 3999 weight class) and Robert Gracie (ranked 641 p4p, 533 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Koroush Kabir!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Robert Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Gracie fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Kabir to the ground. Gracie is now in Kabir's guard.
Gracie working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Gracie wants to pass the guard but Kabir is keeping the position.
Kabir has his foot on Gracie's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Gracie works his way back into a safe position though.
Gracie slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie works over Kabir with some ground and pound from guard.
Gracie passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Gracie lands a decent elbow from side control.
Kabir tries to buck Gracie off but Gracie is having none of it.
Gracie passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Kabir!
Kabir tries to get back to half guard but can't.
My spies in Puncher's Chance Collective inform me that Gracie has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Gracie has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Gracie looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Kabir with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Gracie is nestled in close to Kabir, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Gracie takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Gracie is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Kabir is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
