The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Condit wants to clinch up but Gunn keeps it at a distance.
Condit shoots in looking for a takedown but Gunn manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Condit's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gunn drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Condit defends it well.

Condit tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Gunn cranks the arm and Condit screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Condit, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
