Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Billy Blade!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Chris Edwards and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Blade with a lazy takedown attempt
and Arai counters with a good low kick that Blade was not able to check.
Blade goes for a double leg but Arai avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Arai continues to drive forward.
Blade misses with a hook to the body
and Arai counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Arai avoids the body shot from Blade.
Blade rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Arai counters with a leg kick.
Blade fails with the takedown
and Arai counters with a head kick that drops Blade to the mat! Blade scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Takeo Arai has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Blade.
Blade swings for the body but Arai moves out of range.
Arai appears to be looking for a big counter.
Blade shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Arai sprawls well. Arai wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Blade gets slowly back to his feet.
