Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hells No (ranked 3168 p4p, 4639 weight class) and Mike Carpenter (ranked 391 p4p, 514 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Bart Greer and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carpenter throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around No's waist but No gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Carpenter off to one side.
No lands a jab.
Carpenter should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
No displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Carpenter .
Carpenter fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but No avoids it really well and circles away.
No was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
No definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Hells No has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mike Carpenter .
Carpenter tries to score a power double leg takedown but No sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Carpenter somewhat.
No tries to counter with a takedown but Carpenter is quick to defend against it.
No throws out a loose jab but Carpenter uses good head movement to avoid it.

Carpenter shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says No as he avoids it easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

No throwing a counter right hand but Carpenter manages to avoid it.

Carpenter shoots in looking for a takedown. No tries to sprawl out of it but Carpenter keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. No manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

No was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
No goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Carpenter looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? No is fending him off so far but Carpenter persists. Nope, No circles away and we're back to standing.

Carpenter ducks under a wild hook from No.

No looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Carpenter !
Carpenter tries to improve position but can't.
No moves into full mount!
No will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Carpenter is working to get back to half guard.
No takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
No has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Carpenter tries to improve his position but No has taken his back! No has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Carpenter tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! No pushes Carpenter away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
