The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swahn is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Swahn tests Thorsen's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Swahn scores with a crisp jab that stopped Thorsen in his tracks.
Thorsen fails to land the takedown.
A quick step to the side and Swahn tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

and Thorsen takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Anders Thorsen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Swahn cracks Thorsen with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Thorsen looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Swahn finish him?
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Swahn scores with a hook to the body. Thorsen takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Swahn pounces like a tiger and cracks Thorsen with a vicious hook! Thorsen is down but not out! Swahn follows up with more strikes forcing the ref to jump in and stop it!
