Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Deshawn Shaw (ranked 23946 p4p, 4018 weight class) and Dude Rude (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shaw shoots in and drives through. Rude sprawls well.

Rude feints and then cracks Shaw's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Shaw down.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well Rude has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
