The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fresh misses with a takedown attempt
and Labosky counters with a left and a right that stings Fresh.
Fresh looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Labosky!
Fresh is looking to take a break and control but Labosky is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fresh thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Fresh is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Labosky looks calm but he's in trouble here. Fresh gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Labosky is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Fresh lets go of the hold and Labosky can pop his arm back in it's socket.
