Knox comes to the cage accompanied by Chet Baker | Almost Blue. Black Lives Jackson acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Black Lives Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Daniel Franklin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson looks to score with a jab to the body but Knox is just out of range.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup.
Knox wants to pass to mount but Jackson is defending the position.
Jackson has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Knox is working away from the top position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Jackson isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Knox stacks Jackson on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Knox!
The referee asks Knox politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Knox prefers to stall for the moment though.
Knox is looking to take a break and control but Jackson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

I think Jackson has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
