Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Colins White!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Daday Dadaeff!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Chris Downing and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Dadaeff.
White throws a lazy uppercut
and Dadaeff counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Colins White has been cut.
White seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Dadaeff scores with a jab to the jaw.
A chopping leg kick lands by Dadaeff.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dadaeff. White does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dadaeff closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
White working hard to break the clinch.
Dadaeff stalling against the cage.
Dadaeff keeps the fight in the clinch, despite White's efforts to push away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
White is trying to push Dadaeff away but Dadaeff has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Dadaeff is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Dadaeff breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
White takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
White looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
White moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Good shot there by Dadaeff.
That kick from Dadaeff tenderised White's leg. White is trying to keep his angry face on.
A nice combination there by Dadaeff.
Dadaeff tries to clinch but White moves out of range.
Dadaeff swinging wildly here.
It looked like White was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Dadaeff.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Dadaeff lands a big shot that drops White! Can he finish him?
White is rocked!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
White looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Dadaeff puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Oh White is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dadaeff stalling.
Nice strikes from Dadaeff there.
Dadaeff lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
White wants to control but Dadaeff passes into side.
Dadaeff cracks White with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Dadaeff immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! White is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Dadaeff!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Daday Dadaeff!
In his post fight interview, Daday Dadaeff started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
