The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Godoi fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Nogueira throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Godoi throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Godoi lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Godoi stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

Godoi sizes up Nogueira with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Godoi pushes Nogueira against the cage. Godoi is working some dirty boxing. Godoi pushes off with a quick right hook! Nogueira goes down! Nogueira tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Godoi moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
