PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Cain Lesnar (ranked 4150 p4p, 3289 weight class) and Roman Ship (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lesnar has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ship lands with a kick to the temple. Lesnar shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Lesnar is breathing heavily.

Ship drives through and clinches with Lesnar against the cage.
Ship gets through Lesnar's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Lesnar tries to pull guard but Ship won't allow it.
A body shot lands from Ship.
Lesnar on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Ship has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lesnar uses from the top position.

Ship is looking to cinch up a triangle. Lesnar throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Ship's body to avoid the submission. Ship has instead reached around Lesnar's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Ship arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
