The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cobb looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Starr feints the counter takedown.
Nice defenses there by Starr.
Cobb swinging wildly here.
Starr rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Cobb moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Cobb with a body punch. A glancing blow.
Starr takes one on the button.
Starr slips a jab and a cross from Cobb.
Cobb throws a right and a left that both miss.
Starr is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Cobb closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Starr misses with a body punch.
Cobb lands a left hand.
Starr decides to pull guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Starr is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cobb is aware though and is defending well.
Starr is looking for a triangle but Cobb pushes his legs off easily.
Cobb stands up over Starr, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
