Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Chame Boxing Champ (ranked 1703 p4p, 6943 weight class) and Jaxon Riley (ranked 238 p4p, 744 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Riley clinches.
Riley keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Boxing Champ's efforts to push away.
Riley blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Riley escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Boxing Champ goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Boxing Champ tries to break free but Riley pushes him back against the cage.

Riley breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Riley closes this distance looking for a takedown but Boxing Champ circles away.
Riley lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Riley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Boxing Champ tries to avoid it but Riley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Boxing Champ to the ground. Boxing Champ escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Riley throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Boxing Champs head.

Boxing Champ can't get the takedown.
Boxing Champ tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Riley breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Boxing Champ throws a right hand that Riley ducks under and follows up with a left that Riley also avoids with ease.
Riley is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Riley's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Riley shoots in but no luck this time.

Riley closes the distance and clinches up with Boxing Champ, looking for a takedown. Riley pushes Boxing Champ against the cage but Boxing Champ circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Boxing Champ shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Boxing Champ was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Riley is looking to get back to his feet here but Boxing Champ is keeping cool and he's managed to take Riley's back.
This has been an exciting period of action!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Riley is trapped and Boxing Champ is scoring with shots to the head and body.

Boxing Champ throws a big right hand but he misses and hits the mat. Ouch.
Boxing Champ tries to get the hooks in deep but Riley pushed the leg off.
Boxing Champ punches Riley on the ear.
Watch the back of the head! Comes the shout from the referee towards Boxing Champ.

Will Boxing Champ go for the finish here or will he try and keep control of the position?

Boxing Champ is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Riley has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Boxing Champ has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Riley taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Boxing Champ doesn't care though - he's delighted!
