Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Eric Polster (ranked 5181 p4p, 5218 weight class) and Amadeo Vernetti (ranked 527 p4p, 529 weight class). Polster comes to the cage accompanied by Sam Hunt - Body Like A Back Road. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Vernetti wants to clinch.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Vernetti checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Polster needs to keep his hands up - Vernetti had a free shot at his head there.
Polster throws the kick towards the body but Vernetti avoids it.
Polster walks into a jab.
Vernetti is looking to clinch.
Vernetti lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Vernetti.
Polster uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Vernetti.
Polster throws a push kick but Vernetti slaps the foot to one side.
Vernetti tries to sprawl but Polster drives through with a takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Polster is trying to control. Vernetti wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
