And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kenneth Davis!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Blanc looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Blanc working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Davis avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Blanc postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Blanc in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

Davis is looking to stand up but Blanc isn't so interested in that idea.
Davis can't keep his opponent in guard - Blanc advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Blanc lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Davis won't allow Blanc to pass to mount.
Davis looks like he's trying to stand up.

Blanc seems to be working for a kimura but Davis defends the submission attempt.

Blanc has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Davis defend it? Blanc steps over the head and cranks it - Davis is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Blanc!
