Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Juanito Bandito (ranked 4567 p4p, 4432 weight class) and Craig Walsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walsh comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Born for This kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bandito throws a push kick but Walsh slaps the foot to one side.
Bandito throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Bandito shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Juanito Bandito seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Walsh misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Bandito throws the left hand but Walsh avoids the punch easily.
Walsh moves out of range of the body kick from Bandito.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Bandito fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Walsh manages to avoid it.

Walsh throws a big shot that misses.
Walsh shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bandito sprawls well. Bandito wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Walsh gets slowly back to his feet.

Bandito is pushing Walsh up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Bandito changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Walsh tries to avoid it but Bandito manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Walsh to the ground. Walsh escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
As Bandito backs off Walsh throws a huge counter combo but Bandito manages to avoid it all.

Bandito lunges at Walsh with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Walsh's hand.
Bandito throws a shot from downtown. Walsh moves away and avoids it.

Walsh shoots in but Bandito avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Walsh gets tackled into the cage by Bandito. Bandito maintains the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
