The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jordan throws a right hand that Montgomery ducks under and follows up with a left that Montgomery also avoids with ease.
Montgomery throws a hook to the side of Jordan's head but Jordan sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Jordan is looking to counter punch.

Montgomery shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Montgomery showed some decent athleticism there.
Jordan wants to improve his position but Montgomery is controlling well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Montgomery looks to score some points with some ground and pound.
Montgomery perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Jordan knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Montgomery on the ground.
Montgomery lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
