Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Corey Willis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ikmal Jabar!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jabar tries to work over Willis's front leg with a kick but Willis checks it.
A chopping leg kick lands by Jabar.

Willis closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Jabar's guard.

Willis decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jabar, up you get!
Willis does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Willis shoots in for a takedown but Jabar shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Willis pivots, looking for a leg kick but Jabar is out of range and Willis settles back down.
A low kick from Jabar is predictable there

and Willis counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Jabar wants to stand and escape but Willis is having none of it.

Willis decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.
Jabar gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

It looks like Ikmal Jabar has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Willis misses with a two punch combination.
Ikmal Jabar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Willis scores with a decent looking hook.
