The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith lands with an uppercut that bounces Williams off the cage and back into range.
Williams shoots and misses
and Smith counters with a stiff right hand.
Williams tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Smith manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Smith scores with a body shot.

Smith ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Smith cracks Williams with an open hand slap.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Smith connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Williams tries for a takedown but Smith circles away easily
and Smith counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Williams is still on wobbly legs! Can Smith finish him?
Smith steps in with a hook that catches Williams right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Smith follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Williams looks absolutely devastated.
