Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kenneth Davis (ranked 2837 p4p, 3656 weight class) and Colton Cabana (ranked 302 p4p, 380 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Cabana 's choice of entrance music: Prospect. There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabana closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Cabana lands in his opponent's guard.
Davis is wriggling around but Cabana manages to pass to half guard.
Cabana looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Cabana content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cabana working over Davis with some ground and pound. Davis looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.

Davis is trying to stand up here but Cabana is controlling him well.

Cabana wants to pass to mount but Davis is defending the position.

Davis is pushing off trying to get to his feet. Cabana has hold of the leg though and he's dropped back for a heel hook… has he got it?? YES! Davis is tapping! This fight is all over!

Colton Cabana was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
