Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mark O Madsen (ranked 3422 p4p, 2932 weight class) and Carlos Gomez (ranked 426 p4p, 383 weight class). Carlos Gomez is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gomez lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and O Madsen has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from O Madsen and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

O Madsen shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. O Madsen showed some decent athleticism there.

Gomez felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
