Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 21 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Vincent McGuire!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Bruno Lombardi and Eddie Farnsworth.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Talboteasar throws a low kick but it's checked well by McGuire.
McGuire lunges at Talboteasar with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Talboteasar's hand.
McGuire's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Talboteasar connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McGuire scrambles back to his feet.
Talboteasar tests McGuire's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Talboteasar connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
McGuire bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Talboteasar moves into range and connects with a jab.

Talboteasar is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by McGuire.

and as Talboteasar resets, McGuire pounces with a savage head kick that drops Talboteasar to the mat! Talboteasar looks wobbly but gets back to his feet on the count of 5. The referee continues the count to 8 then steps aside to let these two guys get back at it!

McGuire throws out a head kick that Talboteasar doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Talboteasar crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Talboteasar's eyes and has decided to let it go on!

It looks like Camulius Talboteasar has been cut.

McGuire scores a flash knockdown with a right hook that drops Talboteasar to his hands and knees! The ref pushes McGuire away as he looks to land an illegal blow. Talboteasar got an extra few seconds to recover there, which could have made all the differences as he stumbles back to his feet. The referee looks into his eyes and decides to allow the bout to continue. Can he survive?!
McGuire is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Talboteasar had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

This one's going to be close! 3,4,5,6,7... Talboteasar is up to one knee.... 8,9.... He's up! The referee says he's good to go, so we're back to the action!

That was a close second round but I would say that Camulius Talboteasar will probably get the nod.

Well McGuire has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Vincent McGuire decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
